CQC Inspection and Report
An unannounced inspection of Waterloo House took place on 24th September 2013. The inspection was conducted by Roger Harrison, Compliance Inspector.
During his visit he observed how people were being cared for and checked how people were cared for at each stage of their treatment and care. He talked with people who use the service, talked with staff, reviewed information given to him by the
us and reviewed information sent to him by other regulators or the Department of Health.
His visit was very positive and the full inspection report should be published on the CQC web site www.cqc.org.uk in the next few days.
